If you've forgotten your Confirm account password, you'll need to request a new password below.

We take privacy and account security very seriously; all password resets are manually processed. Once we've verified your details, we'll contact you with your new password.

Important

Password resets can only be conducted between 8:00am and 5:00pm AEST, Monday to Friday.

Any requests received outside of these hours will be processed as a priority next business day.
